Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to manufacturing or specification errors verified after delivery. Each custom box enters print only after customer proof approval. Color values, dielines, finishes, and text placement in the approved proof define the production standard.

Report a defect within 3 business days of delivery. Valid defects include print misalignment, incorrect dimensions, material mismatch, or finishing errors such as uneven lamination or faulty die cuts. Transit damage and proof-approved variations fall outside the refund scope.

Submit digital images showing the defect clearly. Images must include outer packaging, affected panels, and at least one close-up of the flaw. Order number and quantity affected must appear in the message body.

Product return may be required for quality inspection. Return authorization is issued on a case-by-case basis. Returned units must match the reported batch and remain unaltered.

Upon receipt, quality control inspects the consignment against the approved proof. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, reprinting occurs at no charge. Monetary reimbursement does not apply once production has started.
