Pre-Production Packaging Sample

A pre-production sample replicates the final premium packaging using approved dielines, exact dimensions, and custom artwork, so color accuracy, fit tolerance, closure function, and surface treatment can be verified before mass production.

Design Revisions

Before ordering a pre-production sample, carefully review and confirm all specifications and artwork, as any changes made after the sample has been produced will result in additional charges.

Types of Changes

These are small adjustments made when the original sample needs minor correction, such as:

  • The box lid is too tight and difficult to open

  • The box does not close properly

  • For inserts, the product fits too tightly or too loosely

Redesign (additional sample fee applies)

These are major changes that require a new sample, such as:

  • Changing the packaging type

  • Changing the size

  • Changing the material

  • Changing the artwork

  • Changing the finish

  • Changing the add-on
