Cost

Plain sample pricing starts at $100 for rigid boxes such as magnetic closure boxes, rigid drawer boxes, and two piece boxes. The cost of a plain sample may vary depending on box size, structural complexity, and material.

Reimbursement Policy

Sample costs are usually adjustable against bulk orders of 500 units or more, depending on the custom box size. If multiple samples for one item qualify for reimbursement, only the most expensive sample will be reimbursed.

Design Revisions

Before ordering a Plain Sample, carefully review all sample specifications and details. Any changes to the scope or artwork after the sample has already been made will result in additional charges.

Types of Changes

Revision (no extra fee)

These are small adjustments made when the original sample needs minor correction, such as:

  • The box lid is too tight and difficult to open

  • The box does not close properly

  • For inserts, the product fits too tightly or too loosely

Redesign (additional sample fee applies)

These are major changes that require a new sample, such as:

  • Changing the packaging type

  • Changing the size

  • Changing the material
